She is a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist who obtained her degree as a psychiatrist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and completed her Addictions Fellowship through the combined Massachusetts General hospital, McLean Hospital/ Brigham, and Women’s Hospital Addictions Fellowship Program in 2004.  Since then, she has worked with adolescents and young adults with substance use disorders (and their families) at both Children’s Hospital in Boston and McLean Hospital.  Dr. Sanchez- Samper is a vocal advocate of incorporating medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) into the comprehensive care of patients struggling with Opioid Use disorders.  She co-authored both a book chapter (Opioid Use by Adolescents, handbook of Office-based Treatment of Opioid Dependence.  2011, 2017) and published an article in a peer review journal (Adolescent Substance Abuse.  General Considerations Pediatrics in review 2009) addressing the needs of patients struggling with addiction and its aftermath.  Dr. Sanchez-Samper is a former instructor at Harvard Medical School and lectures throughout the country on Substance Use Disorders Identification, Diagnosis and Treatment.

Colleen has dedicated 25+ years of her career to aiding families dealing with Mental Health Issues and Addiction, with an additional 5 years of business experience. She has combined these to establish programs and care protocols for many at-risk populations including children, homeless, veterans and currently substance abuse.   Colleen is extremely passionate about leading and developing high-functioning teams that deliver the highest standard of care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory bodies.    

Colleen also works on a Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Clinician for the Westminster (MA) Police Department providing direct clinical care/ outreach in the community. When she is not working, Colleen spends quality time with her husband and three daughters.  

Tiffany has over 6 years of experience in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field. Tiffany started her career as a Recovery Specialist on an ATS unit. Tiffany advanced in her role from Recovery Specialist to Case Manager where she worked as a Case Manager for 4 years providing exceptional care. Tiffany has managed and led a small team of Case Managers for the past 1.5 years. Tiffany has always been passionate about helping others & this position allows Tiffany to see those dreams come to life. Tiffany provides quality care to all our patients and provides strong leadership to staff. In her spare time Tiffany enjoys hiking, painting, and spending time with her daughter and her French Bulldog.

John has been at Spring Hill for the past 4 years advancing from an RS to current manager. John has used his own experience to best lead his department. John is dedicated to Spring Hill and providing exceptional care to patients and supportive management to his team. When John has time off, he enjoys spending time with his family, cross fit and is a very talented musician. 

She earned her LPN certification while attending Mount Wachusett Community College. After graduating, she began her career in long-term facilities. During her years in the long-term care, she was known for making sure her patients received the highest level of care. For the last four years she has been working at Spring Hill Recovery, where she has expanded her knowledge of recovery. She has a passion for providing compassionate and quality care, and she has recently become the nurse manager. In her spare time, Amanda DeMar enjoys taking adventurous trips with her family.

Tricia has been in the medical field since 2010. She began her nursing career in Nashville, TN where she attended Middle Tennessee State University for her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and then Tennessee State University to obtain her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is graduating in December of 2023 with her Post Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in Internal Medicine, Long Term Care, Family Medicine, Corrections, and just started here at Spring Hill Recovery Center in July 2023. Tricia has one daughter and two dogs at home. She enjoys spending time out in her yard gardening and relaxing with her family.
